Food or Exercise: Which one wins?

Don't have time to get to the gym? Hate going to the gym? Feel uncomfortable and out of place at the gym? There's so many places you can be physically active which don't even involve the gym! Regardless of all that however, the greatest influencer on our weight isn't even how physically active we are...it is what we eat and drink and it's by a wide margin. Studies estimate that when it comes to our weight, what we eat and drink accounts for about 80% whereas exercise accounts for about 20%. So if you don't have time to get to the gym, that's okay! You can still get healthier and lose weight simply by changing what and when you're eating and drinking! Now onto the next question

Keto? Paleo? DASH? Vegetarian? Vegan? Intermittent fasting? There's so many weight-loss plans out there, where do you even start?! You don't even have to follow a particular plan but some of us find plans easier to follow since it's just that, a plan.

Finding someone who can help put together a plan, made specifically for you, is important for your long-term success. Developing new habits is important so you don't put the weight back on after 2, 3, 4 years. Give the office a call and we can set you up on a path towards life-long success!
