Is it what you eat or that you exercise?

Is it this? Or is it this?


The short and sweet answer: Exercise, by a landslide. Allow me to use the game of Chess as an analogy and let’s say that winning a game represents a healthier you. Your eating habits are the King while exercising is the Queen. Once the King is gone the game is over regardless of whether the Queen is still on the board. If the Queen has fallen and the King still stands, you can still win however the game has become more difficult. That is exactly how you should look at what you eat versus how you exercise; Both are incredibly important but your eating habits will always trump your exercise habits!
